Double bed, desk, living kitchen with coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer compartment. Bed linen, towels and table linen are provided.

Additional Costs

The local tax amounts to € 3,00 per day and per person, plus a mobility fee of €0.50 per adult per night. The price for final cleaning and laundry is charged once at € 70,00.

Child Discounts

Please note the following child discounts (for extra beds!) and ideally include your children’s dates of birth when making an inquiry:

0 – 2 years: 0%
3 – 5 years: 50%
6 – 12 years: 75%

Booking Information:
Plans sometimes change, and a booked holiday may need to be cancelled or cut short. The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply; instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.

• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price.
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price.
• Within the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price.
• In case of early departure: 100%.
